We are committed to exceptional services with well-trained seamstresses who will treat your gown(s) and you with care and respect. You will have your own personal seamstress that will assist you with your fitting throughout your journey with us. We are by APPOINTMENT ONLY!

DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT?
Yes! We are open by appointment only. Our slots are limited so be sure to schedule ASAP to ensure desired time.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO THE APPOINTMENT?
Please bring all undergarments, shoes, bras, and shape-wear that will be worn with gown to the appointment to assure prefect fitting.
WHEN SHOULD I BRING IN MY DRESS FOR ALTERATIONS?
Our typical brides have 4 sessions with us. Therefore we encourage brides to bring in their dress 4-5 months prior to their event. Brides can expect to pick up their gown 2 weeks before the wedding date.
**Bridesmaid and M.O.B should bring their dress 6 weeks to 2 months prior to event.**
Do you alter formal & daywear alterations?
Unfortunately, we do not provide services for formal gowns, daywear, suits, tuxedos, etc.

WILL THERE BE A RUSH FEE?
Bride:
Yes. If you make an appointment 6 weeks or less before the event date, the fee will vary between $300-$600 base on the time frame and complexity of the gown, and what you need done.
Bridesmaid:
There will be a rush fee for bridesmaids and M.O.B for anything less than 3 weeks or less. The fee will vary between $65- $150 base on the time frame and the complexity of the dress, and what you need done.

ALL PREGNANT BRIDES/BRIDESMAIDS MUST CALL TO SET UP AN APPOINTMENT
HOW IT WORKS:
Schedule an appointment:
We are a step-by-step process, therefore we strongly advise that you book the first appointment 4-5 months prior to the event through our website.
First Appointment: Consultation
Here, the focus would be on all bodice adjustment, in addition to going over contract details, payments, and booking the second appointment.
Second Appointment: Fitting
If initial adjustments are perfect, hems and bustles will be pinned and ready for pick-up at the third appointment.
***Note: If more adjustment is needed, hems and bustle will be pinned and a third fitting appointment is necessary***
Third Appointment: pick-up
(Optional) During this final fitting appointment, you can bring a guest to learn how to attach bustle points. Hems will be cut, sewn, and the gown will be closed up and ready to take home.
